Hello, I am Michelle Oorloff, my career as an Aesthetician has now spanned over 23 years and it has been a truly remarkable journey.

I qualified in beauty therapy and cosmetology both in the U.K. and internationally, gaining certification with *CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, LICG, BABTAC in 1986 – 1988.

My more specialised positions have been working with cosmetic surgeons in Australia, ensuring that their clients’ skin was strong enough pre-op to enable quicker recovery time.  I spent a lot of time training with Christina Cadariu (www.lebeauvisage.com.au) perfecting extraction techniques, enabling clients skin to achieve it’s optimal vibrancy. Results are greatly improved from regular facials and better home care maintenance routine including prescribed products and understanding cellular nutrition.

I developed a love of alternative therapies after working for sometime in an alternative therapy clinic. Here the understanding of meridians and herbs led to a greater understanding of how and why the body responds to the environment.

Whilst in Australia, I became a Sports Therapist for the golfers of the PGA, (Professional Golf Association), and then went on to work with the Australian Medical Team in Canberra, for the University Olympic Games in Buffalo USA.

A love of travel lead me to join the seas for 3 years working as a Therapist on board some of the most luxurious liners of the time. Attention to detail was paramount for the A-list clientele.

Returning to the UK, I then gained my City & Guilds teachers certificate and later a degree in Education Cert Ed (University of Bedfordshire). I have taught Beauty Therapy students from L2 through to International recognised qualifications and on to Post Graduate level.

In 2001, I moved to Europe where I taught and practiced in Spas throughout the EU before returning to UK in November 2006.

I now run an exclusive practice in Oxfordshire.  My bespoke treatments are incredibly popular as are the delivery of my advanced peels. Every appointment is different and really allows me to demonstrate my level of skill as a world renowned Aesthetician.
