The development of the ‘Inside Outside Optimum Results Programme’ addresses both the body and face. Once you grasp the true mechanics of not just the skin but the entire body and it’s reflective effects on your beauty, it will be crystal clear to you why this programme was developed with passion for the very life force of our true natural beauty ‘the cell’.

Inside Outside Optimum Results Programme

During pre and post consultation the following areas, cell, meridians, lymph, muscles and respiratory will be discussed. Techniques for both physical and correct application taught, so you are able to become independent and responsible for your own beautiful destiny.

Why the Cell?

A human is a multi-celled animal, the human body consists of millions of cells of many different types. Masses of similar cells are grouped together to form tissues and organs. Look after your cell, and your cell will in turn look after your organs including the largest organ the skin.

A multitude of things happen within the cell – few examples

Mitrochondria – contain enzymes which attract energy for cellular activity

Endoplasmic reticulum – transfer substances from one cell to another

Ribosomes – responsible for protein synthesis

Lyosomes – enzymes that digest and remove particles from the cell

Centrosome – vital role in

Cell division.

The cell has the ability to move in search of food; ability to use oxygen; ability to break down food and prepare it for absorption; ability to rid it of waste; ability to build up living matter to itself from food taken in; ability to respond to changes to the environment.

The cells carry an electrical energy made up of tiny electrical particles; protons, electrons and others. The human body contains an estimated 200 quintillion cells so it encompasses a vast invisible matrix of interrelated fields.

Cells work as a conductor, and the energy flowing through it creates a unique electrical and magnetic field related to the cells form and function. The sun, moon and al living things contain electrical particles and we as human vibrate at roughly the same speed.

Consequently if come into contact with artificially generated electromagnetic fields for example power lines, radio, telephone, cars, planes we become imbalanced and they react with our living cells.

This is our onslaught of Free Radical damage approximately our cells get hit 100,000 times a day which results in our cells loosing an electron and in its quest for finding a replacement to balance itself destroys everything in its path.

These Free Radicals are what causes our premature ageing and our diseases. It is therefore important to balance our cells as quick as possible on a continual daily basis.

The cell requires whole food raw nutrition to improve its membrane to increase hydration and fight free radical damage. All foods, juices, herbs and supplements function on two levels: the energetic and the physical. When the body absorbs nutrients and other substances, they influence the body’s energy as well as the body’s physiology.

If you are struggling with grasping that the body id an energy field, imagine a light bulb and you turn the switch on you see the light (physical) but you don’t see the energy creating it.

Understanding that all organs (including your skin) are interrelated – not only by nerves, hormones and blood circulation, but also by meridians (see below) you can appreciate why this nutritional aspect of my programme is so important in that it supports all your bodily systems at both levels.

Theory

A synergy of healing arts is what is needed to balance the body. The 4 month programme addresses not only the inside as above but also the outside permeating beautiful radiance. The following are principle techniques used for the face & body.

Acupressure

Chinese medicine has been telling us for 5000 years that the whole body is connected through a system of energy pathways called Meridians.

The meridians travel on or near the skin and meet inside the body. The energy that flows through them influences all organs, systems and bodily functions. Meridians can be blocked by infection, sickness, scar tissue, toxins.

When energy isn’t flowing properly a problem in one organ can end up affecting another – don’t forget your skin is the largest organ!

Lymph Drainage

Lymph System is simply the backup system to the blood carrying the waste away to nodes to be broken down.

Where the blood is reliant on the heart to be pumped around the body the lymph is stimulated by the contraction and relaxation of muscles.

Lymph drainage massage clears the path ways of lymph in body and face.

Specific facial exercises will aid in assisting the lymph therefore giving a clearer complexion. Naturally, participating in regular exercise will aid this system greatly.

Sculpturing and lifting muscles

Muscles are the underlying system beneath our skin. They keep our faces and bodies intact. Good muscles tone and levels of fitness doesn’t necessarily mean healthy.

Exercise is a main cause of oxidative stress which causes the Free Radical damage discussed earlier.

Consequently we can sometimes feel that we are chasing our tail in our fight against ageing. A combination of facial muscle massage and good whole food nutrition will aid in you looking your very best.

Frequent Facial, neck and shoulder massage (either when applying your moisturiser or by a professional during facials) will stimulate the blood flow releasing toxins to the lymph system and encourage new cells to migrate to the surface. Sculpturing the facial muscles in particular stimulates the micro circulation, oxygen and nutrients within the skin resulting in a wonderful glow.

Respiratory

This system brings oxygen the gas vital for life in to the body, and expels carbon dioxide the waste product from the body.

We have two functions

External respiration; the exchange of O2 / CO2 between the atmospheric air and the blood.

Internal respiration; the transfer of O2 / CO2 between the blood and the body cells.

By developing correct breathing techniques, stretching, massaging the intercostals and diaphragm will allow for a larger surface area, therefore promoting a excellent gaseous exchange.

The respiratory and circulatory systems are very closely linked. Our cells carry waste to the lungs to expel the CO2 and pick up nutrients to take to other needed systems such as the skin, muscles.
